Upgrade from pre-20
From a pre-2.0 Appion release
If you have a pre-2.0 Appion release and would like to Upgrade to 2.0:
- Follow the Leginon upgrade instructions. Note: Ignore instructions to update the Microscope computer if you are not using the Leginon Application.
- Next, update the Processing Packages by following the instructions for Installing Appion with an existing Leginon installation
